Building clients often get a raw deal, particularly first-timers.

Good advice is hard to find - or misses the mark.


Yet the only protection is to understand how building works, before deciding

  • where to place your trust,

  • how to enforce what you get, in the the price agreement,

  • and what you should expect from the parties, including yourself.​
