Conservation Areas Definition Team

On the team to assess, define and establish the four new-concept Conservation Areas, my task was to make measured and condition surveys of a calculated sample of the 1000s of decaying buildings of Georgian central Bath.

Under radical new Planning boss Roy Worskett, this was the framework for the public funding of the rescue of UNESCO World Heritage Site Bath from decay and bulldozers.

One client said: "If it looks good I'm paying too much".
